Oceania to Asia. Asia to Europe.

Two decades, many industries: Insurance, Telecom, Startups, and Banking.

Chances are, you’ve paid for products I’ve helped price.

in early 2024, my journey took an unexpected turn.

"Claire, your position is being marked as at-risk," my boss delivered the news I didn’t expect.

Instead of rushing to find another job, I paused.

I decided to explore again.

To craft a career so fulfilling that even if I win the lotto, I’d still be excited to work.

Pricing will always be my core.

But on this journey, I discovered something surprising.

Despite Pricing being crucial to any business, few truly understand it.

We, Pricing professionals, are known for our brilliant minds, not our marketing skills.

I couldn’t help but wonder: How can we better promote ourselves so that more businesses can benefit from what we offer?

To do that, we need to improve awareness of what Pricing really is.

It’s not just setting a price point.

It’s strategy, innovation, and creating value for both the business and the customers.

We can only deliver more value to the world when people understand this.

That’s why I started "The PriceCraft Chronicle," a weekly newsletter sharing pricing knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.

It’s packed with case studies focusing on the steps, not just the outcomes.
